Go out and check the side of the cliff you're on, you'll find secret ladder, go down and move to the north to the road that full of traps. After you go to basement go to the room right side of the basement, you'll find secret ladder to the third room with ladder, go down the ladder until you reach new dungeon (sewer to be precise).
